Autogem’s passion for the continuous development of technicians has been underlined in style with the launch of an all-new learning management software platform, making it even easier to use our award-winning range of aftermarket products.
Underpinned by our ‘Cycle of Improvement’ philosophy, The Autogem Knowledge Hub provides an easy, step-by-step guide for customers to follow, saving valuable time and raising standards simultaneously.
The hub represents the third edition of our online training provision and allows us to roll-out out multiple courses for existing TPMS programmes as well as a platform for forthcoming solutions. Topics include TPMS inspection, customer engagement and fault resolution.
A series of bite-sized videos have been designed to work around a technician’s busy schedule. Certificates are then awarded upon the completion of interactive quizzes.
The platform is more evidence of our long-term pledge to innovate in order to empower the industry and strengthens an existing training programme that is already one of the most comprehensive in the business.
Managing Director Prashant Chopra said: “We’re hugely passionate about our training provision and we are proud to unveil the Autogem Knowledge Hub as more evidence of our investment in people.
“With the continued shortage of technicians in our industry we felt it is all the more important to make training accessible, free and most of all, engaging. The launch of our third edition of TPMS training includes over 40 new high production videos and takes into account the many learnings from our Under Pressure TPMS competitions in 2022 and 2023.
“Following an extremely beneficial customer focus-group session towards the end of last year, the team have worked tirelessly to bring our knowledge hub to reality, to coincide with the opening of entries for this year’s Under Pressure ‘24 TPMS competition.
Prashant added: “We always take our customers’ feedback on board and it has helped us enhance our training offering. Early feedback has been really positive and we’re confident that interaction is going to be at an all-time high.”
As is the case with any of our training offering, we refuse to charge a penny for any element of our programme either, as the development of technicians remains a key cornerstone of the business.
