TPMS Support

We have never believed that we should simply sell equipment and leave it up to the technicians to work out what to do next. Support is a key aspect of the solution we provide and this all starts with data.

At Autogem we manage all of our TPMS data. This means we research original equipment TPMS sensors information to ensure our sensor protocols, service kits and relearn procedures are true to the original vehicles they came from. This allows us to build up our own data and have confidence that the products and the support tools we provide are correct.

We provide our own equipment, our own sensors and service kits and we develop our own tool and software solutions. If it bares the Autogem name it means it is made to the highest standards, in original equipment factories and always with ease of use for the technician in mind.

How can you access this support?

Online:

Using our TPMS assistant where you can look up relearn procedures, oe numbers, ID locations, service kit part numbers and so much more. To see how our TPMS assistant works click here.

You can even have a chat with our Bot (called HAL) who has some TPMS knowledge of his own.

We also provide a selection of high definition “How To” videos online to remind you of some of the lessons from our eLearning courses.

OnBoard:

Our easy to use i-sensor® pro tool has updated relearn procedures, ID, OE number and OBD locations all onboard.

We have been producing technical documentation for well over a decade. Whether this be our famous ID locator and servicing guide (now in its 5th edition), our customer facing marketing or workshop diagnostic posters to name but a few.

OnPhone:

When all else fails you can still rely on our team of trained experts to help you put that light out, step by step over the phone.
