Autogem believes that the future is looking bright after a hugely encouraging presence at Automechanika, with managing director Prashant Chopra declaring: “We offer support programmes, not part numbers!”

We showcased our latest aftermarket solutions including revolutionary TPMS equipment and tyre tread reading technology and Prashant was keen to thank everyone who visited our stand to find out more about what we do and our services.

The stand was packed with visitors across all three days, with seven members of staff on hand to deal with various aftermarket enquiries, ranging from the Treadspec 2.0 drive-over scanners to our range of TPMS products, which have been expanded to meet the needs of commercial vehicle operators for the first time.

Prashant said: “Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who made the time to come and see us, who showed such interest in our automotive offering. Our existing customers mean the world to us, so it meant a lot to be able to meet so many of them, whilst also forging exciting partnerships with new contacts too.

“We were able to demonstrate that we’re more than just part numbers, but programme providers – offering support packages and training to make business’ lives easier.

“We were also able to demonstrate that we can solve problems and provide a ‘cradle-to-grave’ service for customers, rather than selling individual products in isolation.

“The feedback we received was unanimously positive and it was uplifting to see so many happy faces in relation to our products and services.”

Our i-sensor device took pride of place at Automechanika, which is the fastest selling universal TPMS solution and boasts an intuitive i-sensor interface, allowing users to diagnose existing sensors. It then duplicates sensors electronically or manually. Or, it can create a brand new, unique sensor – all in a matter of seconds.

Meanwhile, the ever-popular Groove Glove was also a focal point at the stand, allowing garage mechanics to scan all four tyres on any given vehicle and discover the tread depth and alignment of each within 50 seconds.

Moreover, we were able to show off our bespoke training offering to fast fit networks and independent garages.

Prashant added: “A new-and-improved NTDA-certified e-learning course is just one way that we simplify our solutions for technicians, while a free diagnostic workflow poster is given to all customers who buy a TPMS kit and have a valid subscription to our software updates.

“Automechanika allowed us to communicate this, along with our ever-increasing range of aftermarket products. Overall, we were thrilled with what we achieved at the show.”
