If you would like us to remotely connect to a different computer then please open this webpage on that computer and click the Autogem Support Module link.
Upon completing the download and running the software our technical support staff will be able to attempt to connect to your computer and a message will appear on your computer requesting you to authorise our connection.
Once authorised, our technical support staff will have remote access to your computer, allowing them to work with you as if they were in the room alongside you. The member of the support staff will continue speaking with you over the phone, explaining what they are doing as they perform installations, software downloads or help with any other assistance you may require.
We are only able to remote control your computer whilst you allow us to do so and you will not lose control of your computer. If at any point you no longer wish for us to have remote access to your computer then click on the “X” in the top right of the Autogem Support window.
